"I ordered from tocaya.com i was so happy..."
I ordered from tocaya.com i was so happy when everything showed up exactly the way I picked it. Nothing was missing, the sides were right, and all the sauces were there too. I’ve had plenty of frustrating experiences with other places messing up little changes, so this was such a relief. Everything was spot on, and I’d definitely order again.

I might be mixing up the days, but every time I’ve used them, the pickup and delivery have been right on schedule. Whether it was last week or the week before, I just know I haven’t had to chase anyone down, which I really appreciate...

"Trust Your Gut and Stop Here"
I had a really good feeling when I walked in, my instinct was right. The staff was super friendly and patient while I figured out my order, and I felt really welcomed the whole time. Food came out quick too. Definitely a place I’d go back to

I keep going back to tocaya because it’s one of those places where everyone can usually find something they want without overthinking it. I’ll normally start with a bowl and switch up the protein or try a different sauce, and it’s always been easy to customize. From my experience, it’s a solid choice when you’re with a group and nobody’s craving the exact same thing

"Online order was a total mess"
I placed an order online and got a message saying it was ready, but when I showed up, the store seemed to have no idea what I was talking about. It felt like nobody even read the order or checked the message. After waiting around, I finally got my food, but it was already cold. Frustrating experience, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering this way again.

"Fresh every time, the food"
I’ve ordered from Tocaya a handful of times now, and the food tastes fresh always. The veggies are crisp, the bowls don’t feel too heavy, and the proteins have good flavor too. Nothing has tasted old or soggy, which with delivery is kind of rare. So far I’m really happy with the quality and would order again for sure

"Clean Enough, but the Vibe Was Just Okay"
Not gonna lie, tocaya was decent overall, but the atmosphere didn’t totally do it for me. The place was mostly clean, and the tables looked wiped down, though I did notice some crumbs on the floor here and there. It has a bright, modern look, which is nice, but it felt a little too loud and busy for my taste. The staff was fine, no issues there. I’d maybe go back, but I wouldn’t say it’s the most relaxing spot.

"Food was a bit slow coming out today"
I stopped in today and the food ended up taking longer than I expected. It wasn’t a huge disaster or anything, but I did notice the wait because I was hungry and kept checking to see if it was coming out soon. Once it arrived, everything was fine, but the timing was just kind of slow this visit.
